No. The board or the property manager creates the community and residents join by invitation. Once invited, you sign in from a browser by emailed link, with nothing to download.

What does it cost?

Will my board have to change the rules?

No. Reciti applies the rules the board already has. Hours, per-household caps, advance windows, and blackout dates are settings on each amenity, and an activity that needs board sign-off can be marked approval-required. If they're on a sheet at the gate today, the manager types them in once.
